The following weapons appeared in the film Behind Enemy Lines: Colombia:
M4A1s were in the hands of all the SEAL team members with the usual many kinds of accessories, including PEQ, ACOG, vertical foregrip, and flashlights. These weapons were also in the hands of the Colombian rogue unit. The optic on Lt. Macklin's M4 occasionally changes back and forth between a Trijicon ACOG scope and Aimpoint CompM2 red dot sight in some scenes.
The Glock 17 is sidearm of the Colombian army and the rogue unit. This is Alvaro Cardona's (Yancey Arias) sidearm. One of the SEALs, Derricks, used a Glock when he escaped from being captured.
