The "Podbyrin 9.2 mm" is a fictional Russian handgun that was made up as a prop for the movie Red Heat. It is actually a Western Desert Eagle .357 Magnum, modified to look a Soviet weapon.
I actually read an article on the gun shortly after the movie came out. The gun is actually a hybrid of a .357 Magnum Desert Eagle and a 9mm Walther P-38. If you inspect the images of the gun more carefully, you'll see the Walther grip, hammer, and barrel.
