The signature weapons of Selene (Kate Beckinsale) in this film are a pair of modified Beretta 92FS Inox pistols, converted to full-auto and fitted with extended magazines and large compensators that extend all the way back along the frame to the trigger guard. The same compensator can be seen on the customized Taurus PT92CS in Crying Freeman, and Dark Angel.
The human guards at the Antigen facility where Seline is being held are armed with visually modified STI GP6 pistols. The modifications to the pistol bears a slight resemblance to the Vektor CP1 pistol.
A Taurus Judge is seen being carried by Detective Sebastian (Michael Ealy). In the film, he notably fires seven rounds from it without reloading as opposed to the weapon's actual capacity of five.

Remington 870 pump-action shotguns fitted with Surefire dedicated forend weaponlights, door breaching muzzle brakes, ghost ring sights, and Knoxx Specops stocks can be seen.
Detective Sebastian (Michael Ealy) can be seen with a Sage Control Ordnance Deuce Revolution double barreled over-and-under grenade launcher that is also fitted with an EOTech and vertical grip. In the trailer, he is seen firing this weapon several times, but in the final film, he only fires it once.
