Valeriy Mikhailovich Priyomykhov (December 26, 1943 - August 25, 2000) was a Soviet and Russian actor and film director. His mostly known roles were in movies Dear, Dearest, Beloved, Unique... (Milyy, dorogoy, lyubimyy, edinstvennyy...), Cold Summer of 1953 (Kholodnoe leto pyatdesyat tretego), Not Yet a Time for Sorrow (Vremya pechali yeshchyo ne prishlo), Who, If Not Us (Kto, esli ne my). In 1988 he was awarded "The Best Soviet Actor of the Year". Valeriy Priyomykhov died of cancer in 2000, aged 56.
