Tes (Malin Akerman) is pulling a Glock 19 in the diner. There are some scenes where she is seen firing the pistol, but the slide doesn't cycle and no shells are seen ejecting.

A Colt Python is pulled by the trucker Jesse in the diner.
Colt Python (Stainless)
Mel (Bruce Willis) carries a 6" Colt Python .357 stainless revolver with custom grips.
M1911A1 (Stainless)
Ronny (Forest Whitaker) is seen with a stainless M1911A1 while in the diner. Tes also is seen with the pistol.
Kimber Custom
Ronny also is seen using a Kimber Custom TLE fitted with a suppressor.
