Sharps Pepperbox
Jacqueline de Bellefort (Mia Farrow) carries a Sharps Pepperbox in her purse, which she uses to "shoot" Simon Doyle (Simon MacCorkindale) in the leg. Simon himself uses the Sharps to shoot his wife Linnet (Lois Chiles). Colonel Race (David Niven) tells Hercule Poirot (Peter Ustinov) it is a .22 caliber weapon.
Colt New Service
Andrew Pennington (George Kennedy) keeps a Colt New Service in his cabin on the boat, which Jackie finds and uses to shoot Rosalie Otterbourne (Angela Lansbury).
