The following weapons were used in Season 2 of the new Hawaii Five-O:
Pistols
Beginning in "Ua Law Wale" (S2E02), Lieutenant Commander Steve McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) carries the SIG-Sauer P226 Navy as his sidearm. It is shown as the Navy model by the anchor emblem on the slide. Rather than carrying it with the SIG-Sauer STL-900L light/laser as in the previous season, he now carries it with a Surefire X300. Steve's mentor, Commander Joe White (Terry O'Quinn) uses a SIG-Sauer P226E2 with taclight (possibly McGarrett's) in "Ha'i'ole" (S2E01).
SIG-Sauer P226 (Two-Tone)
In Season 2's premiere "Haʻiʻole" (S2E01), a terrorist suspect named Kurt Hauff has a two-tone SIG-Sauer P226.
SIG-Sauer P226 (nickel)
A nickel SIG-Sauer P226 is used in "Kame'e" by a hired assassin sent to kill the members of SEAL Team 9 in Hawaii.
SIG-Sauer P229R
Chin Ho Kelly (Daniel Dae Kim) has started carrying a SIG-Sauer P229R as his sidearm in season 2 starting from "Ma'eme'e". In "Lapa'au" (S2E08), ICE Special Agent Jeff Morrison (Greg Grunberg) carries another SIG-Sauer P229R fitted with a weaponlight as his sidearm. Joe White (Terry O'Quinn) uses one in "Pahele" when he takes Hiro Noshimuri from the courthouse at gunpoint.
SIG-Sauer P239
Detective Lori Weston (Lauren German) later carries a SIG-Sauer P239 as her main sidearm. She notably draws it in "Mea Makamae" (S2E04) and "Maʻemaʻe" (S2E05). Jenna Kaye (Larisa Oleynik) draws one in "Kiʻilua" (S2E10).
Heckler & Koch P30
Detective Danny 'Danno' Williams (Scott Caan) continues to carry the Heckler & Koch P30 in Season 2.
Heckler & Koch P7M13
The P7M13 serves as Wo Fat's main sidearm. In "Ka Hakaka Maikai" (S02E06), a suppressed Heckler & Koch P7M13 in satin nickel finish is pulled by Wo Fat (Mark Dacascos) in a confrontation with Joe White (Terry O'Quinn). Joe is later seen holding the pistol. Wo Fat also uses the P7 to shoot a prisoner in "Ki'ilua" (S2E10).
Heckler & Koch USP
In "Ka Hakaka Maikai" (S02E06), Joe White (Terry O'Quinn) is seen taking out a Heckler & Koch USP from his freezer.
Beretta 92FS
A murder suspect in "Mea Makamae" (S02E04) is armed with the Beretta 92FS when he confronts Steve and Lori. A carjacker in "Ike Maka" uses one to "take" a bait muscle car.
Beretta 92FS (Custom Compensator)
One of the corrupt ex-cops working under Frank Delano is armed with a Beretta 92FS fitted with wood grips and a custom compensator that Kono kicks out of his hand at one point.
Beretta Cougar
In "Pahele" (S2E11), a kidnapper (Aimee Garcia) uses a Beretta Cougar to hold a busload of children hostage.
Browning HP
John (Tony Curran) and Simon O'Toole, brothers and Boston Irish mob hitmen, are seen with suppressed Browning HP's in "Ike Maka" (S02E09).
Colt M1911
The remnants of an M1911 are found in the sunken wreckage of a World War II-era ambulance in "Mea Makamae" (S02E04), displayed at JPAC.
Colt MK IV Series 80 Enhanced Commander
In Season 2's premiere "Haʻiʻole" (S2E01), Kono is taking what appears to be a Colt MK IV Series 80 Enhanced Commander after escaping from the trunk of a car. She later is seen using on a suspect.
FN Forty-Nine
A suspect appears to pull a FN Forty-Nine pistol during a meeting with August March in "Kalele" (S2E19).
Glock 19
In "Ua Law Wale" (S2E02), Officer Lori Weston (Lauren German) carries a Glock 19 as her sidearm. After switching out to a SIG-Sauer P239 for a few episodes, she appears to return to the Glock that's fitted with a weaponlight in "Ka Iwi Kapu" (S2E07).
Glock 21
HPD Captain Vincent Fryer (Tom Sizemore) appears to draw a Glock 21 during a hostage situation in "Ma'eme'e" (S02E05). The bore of the handgun appears to be that of .45 instead of the more common 9mm.
Glock 26
In "Puʻolo" (S2E14), Joe White (Terry O'Quinn) pulls a Glock 26 from an ankle holster after gunmen make an attempt on his life.
Kahr PM9
In "Mai Ka Wa Kahiko" (S2E15), Danny is forced to take a Kahr PM9 from a trash can and use it to shoot his ex-wife's new husband.

In "Kame'e", a Kimber Ultra Carry II is seen being placed in a basket during a poker game that Kono attends.
Safari Arms Matchmaster
Another kidnapper uses what appears to be a stainless Safari Arms Matchmaster .45ACP during the hostage situation in "Pahele" (S2E11).
Smith & Wesson M&P
Beginning in Season 2, Kono Kalakaua (Grace Park) carries a Smith & Wesson M&P in 9mm with Crimson Trace grips as her sidearm.
Smith & Wesson SW1911 (Stainless)
In "Ma'eme'e", a corrupt ex-cop is seen pulling a stainless Smith & Wesson SW1911 with Crimson Trace grips and firing it at an advancing Lori and Chin.
Smith & Wesson 5906
The Smith & Wesson 5906 is the chief sidearm carried by Lt. Chin Ho Kelly (Daniel Dae Kim) as well as patrol officers of the Honolulu Police Department. In "Haʻiʻole" (S2E01), Steve is given the 5906 after escaping from prison and draws it while after boarding the SS Searcher with Danny.

A North Korean rebel draws a Tokarev TT-33 in "Ki'ilua" (S02E10).

The Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 38 appears to be the backup revolver for Danny. In "Mai Ka Wa Kahiko" (S2E15), Danny is forced to give up his revolver by his former partner Rick Petersen.

In "Kalele" (S2E19), the Smith & Wesson Model 36 is seen in the hands of former thief August March (Ed Asner). He is also seen holding a S&W 36 revolver in a flashback. Asner actually played the role of March in Season 8 of the original Hawaii Five-O.

Lori uses an MP5A3 with a Navy trigger group and RIS system in "Ka Hakaka Maikai". ICE Agent Jeff Morrison uses a MP5A3 in "Lapa'au".

Frank Delano (William Baldwin) and one of his henchmen use MP5K submachine guns during a bank robbery in "Ma'eme'e" (S02E05).
Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW
McGarret and Kono are armed with the MP5K-PDW when confronting a home invasion crew during their latest robbery in "Ka Hakaka Maikai" (S02E06). Danny carries one during a raid in "Lapa'au" (S02E08).
