Beretta 92FS
In "In Plane Sight" (S08E04), Officer Lowe (Chase Kim) is seen with a Beretta 92FS when detaining a man trying to repo a plane.
In "Meltdown" (S08E21), a jewelry store thief is seen with a Beretta 92FS that she takes from the stores guard.
Beretta 92G Elite II
Throughout season 8, Ryan Wolfe (Jonathan Togo) uses a Beretta 92G Elite II as his sidearm.
Beretta Cougar
In "Out of Time" (S08E01), Jesse Cardoza (Eddie Cibrian) uses Horatio's Beretta Cougar in a recreation of a shooting during a flashback to 1997. (Horatio carried a Beretta Cougar in the early seasons of CSI: Miami.)
Glock 17
CSI Walter Simons (Omar Benson Miller) uses a Glock 17 as his sidearm during Season 8.
In "Hostile Takeover" (S08E02), Mathew Sloan (Sharif Atkins) is seen holding a Glock 17 during his attack on the MDPD crime lab.
In "In Plane Sight" (S08E04), Officer Denson (Link Baker) is seen with a Glock 17 when detaining a man trying to repo a plane.

Lt. Horatio Caine (David Caruso) uses a SIG-Sauer P229 during season 8.

In Season 8, Calliegh Duquesne (Emily Procter) carries a Kimber Pro Carry II.
Walther P99
Jesse Cardoza (Eddie Cibrian) carries a Walther P99 throughout season 8 (though he sometimes switches to the SIG-Sauer P226.

In "Die by the Sword" (S08E13), Takashi Yamada (Roger Yuan) is seen with an unknown 1911 when he confronts Horatio.
