In "Justified" (S07E09), Mitch Barrett (Mo Gallini) fires a Beretta 3032 Tomcat through a door at Flack & Danny. Lindsay is later seen processing the weapon.
Beretta 8045 Cougar
In "Party Down" (S07E13), Carmen Enzo (Paul Ben-Victor) uses a stainless Beretta 8045 Cougar to kill the man that murdered his daugher.
Beretta 92FS
In "Hide Sight" (S07E07), Tom Reynolds (Mark L. Young) uses a Beretta 92FS when the NYPD closes in on him.
Colt Mustang
In "Unfriendly Chat" (S07E02), Christopher Garcia (Ricardo Molina) is seen with a Colt Mustang when he tries to kill Adam.

The Glock 17 is carried by most of the CSIs and NYPD officers throughout the season.
In "The 34th Floor" (S07E01), Detective Mac Taylor (Gary Sinise) is seen with his Glock 17.
In "Sangre por Sangre" (S07E04), Hazel Ortega (Lymari Nadal) holds an NYPD officer at gunpoint with the officers Glock 17. Mac is also seen with his Glock 17 at the end of the episode.
In "Do Not Pass Go" (S07E06), Mac is again seen with his Glock 17 when clearing a warehouse.

In "Out of the Sky" (S07E05), jewel thieves are seen carrying Heckler & Koch MP5A3s. Dr. Sheldon Hawkes (Hill Harper) is later seen test firing the weapon in the lab. (Note that the guns are fitted with collapsible stocks and Navy trigger groups. I wasn't able to get an un-blurred picture).
