CZ70s were used in the original manga, but the catches and the trigger guard kind of look like a Steyr GB, which is what I put down on the page.  But it seems a little too small for the Steyr, and it's odd for Czech police and StB agents to use Steyr GB.

Took me a whole day to screencap, but it's finally done. I do need some help to ID some of the guns:
