The following guns were used in the movie Needful Things
Beretta 92FS
Sheriff Alan Pangborn (Ed Harris) uses a Beretta 92FS in the final scenes of the movie, in order to restore order.
Winchester Model 12 Shotgun
Sheriff Alan Pangbord (Ed Harris) retrieves what appears to be a Winchester Model 12 Riot gun from his car while the riot is taking place.
Smith & Wesson 3000
Hugh is given a Smith & Wesson 3000 Shotgun by Leland Gaunt Max von Sydow, which he later uses to kill the bar owner.
Unknown Pistol
This gun is brandished by "Buster" (J.T. Walsh). It also appears to be the same gun used by Brian to shoot himself.

Colt Python
Deputy Sheriff Norris Ridgewick brandishes a revolver, which appears to be a Colt Python to threaten "Buster".
Unknown double-barreled shotgun
The bar owner brandishes this shotgun when Hugh enters the bar armed. They end up killing each other.
Unknown bolt-action rifle
This rifle is used by "Buster" to shoot Sheriff Pangborn in the final scenes. It is equipped with a night-vision scope. The same gun appears to be at Leland's on the desk.
M16 variant
What appears to be an M16 variant can be seen on the desk, on the left side.
Unknown single action revolvers
Two unknown single action revolvers can be briefly seen on the wall.
M60
What appears to be a M60 Machine gun can be briefly seen in the background when Gaunt gives Hugh the shotgun.
