Sci-Fi Anime about a band of bounty hunters traveling through space.
Jericho 941
Spike Spiegel's signature pistol is a IMI Jericho 941 a.k.a. Baby Eagle. The gun comes with two barrels and can fire either 9mm Luger or .41 Action Express ammo, (hence the "941" model designation.)
Glock 30

HK MP5K

Jet Black's signature pistol is a Walther P99.
Single Action Army
Cowboy Andy used a Colt Single Action Army. These weapons also appeared in the title sequence of Big Shots, a TV series watched by the protagonists that featured information on various bounties, as well as in the hands of the hosts on occasion.
Ruger P89
During the upcoming confrontation with Vicious and his men at the church, Spike stocks up on weapons, one of the weapons he retrieves is a Ruger P89, that he had kept hidden in the fridge of the Bebop. Though it is shown being loaded and cleaned, it is never seen in use on screen.
Mosberg Compact Cruiser
Heckler & Koch Mk 23 Mod 0
In the episode "Pierrot Le Fou", ISSP bodyguards can be seen using Heckler & Koch Mk 23 Mod 0 pistols as their sidearms, fitted with an unknown accessory on the frame ahead of the trigger guard, though are no match for the episode's psychotic title character, all the bodyguards and the high-ranking ISSP official they were charged with protecting being killed.
