I sincerely think this guy wasn't actually a Navy SEAL.  He called the M16 a machine gun.  A MACHINE GUN!  If he actually had much weapons training at all, let alone being in the Navy SEALs, he should know it's an assault rifle.  He's also made other mistakes.
