Point Blank (1998)
Point Blank is a 1998 direct-to-video action film and the directorial debut of director Matt Earl Beesley, who to date has never done another feature. It stars Mickey Rourke, Kevin Gage, Danny Trejo with an appearance by James Gammon. Rourke plays Rudy Ray, an ex-Marine-turned assassin-turned mercenary-turned Texas Ranger who must intervene in a bloody armed standoff at a shopping mall by escaped convicts, one of which is his own brother Joe Ray (Gage.) It was filmed on location in Fort Worth, Texas at what is now the La Gran Plaza.
The following weapons appear in the film Point Blank:
Texas Ranger Mac Bradford (Frederic Forrest) carries a nickel-plated Single Action Army-type revolver with white grips, but it remains in the holster throughout the film.
Many of the henchmen use MP5A3 submachine guns. The FBI SWAT team also carries them. Rudy Ray takes an MP5 off of a dead henchman and uses it for part of the film.
Some henchmen also use Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDWs. The FBI SWAT team also uses them. Rudy Ray uses one for part of the film, with optics and a suppressor.
A henchman opens fire on the prison bus with a CAR-15.

The flash hider is a smaller diameter copy of the XM-177 and has no sound suppression qualities and is permanently welded onto the barrel to make it legal length for over the counter gun store sales.Error creating thumbnail: File missingA henchman fires on the bus.Error creating thumbnail: File missingThe film is full of crazy angles like this.
