The following weapons were used in the film The Delta Force:
Mini Uzi
The main weapon of the Delta Force is the Mini Uzi. Maj. Scott McCoy (Chuck Norris) and Col. Nick Alexander (Lee Marvin) are seen using them. When the Delta Force assault the runway, they are seen using them with suppressors.
Colt M1911
Abdul (Robert Forster) uses a Colt M1911 to take control over the plane. Col. Nick Alexander (Lee Marvin) uses an M1911 to take out the terrorist holding the airliner's pilot and crew hostage in the head (Alexander's M1911 has a lowered ejection port - possibly a non-military issue Colt Mk IV Series 70, used as a double for a GI issue M1911A1). It looks to be modified with a selective fire switch on the left side of the pistol, on the slide grip. There is also Delta hammer, instead of the standard Spur hammer on his M1911.
Browning Hi-Power
The Browning Hi-Power is held to the head of Capt. Campbell (Bo Svenson) by the terrorist Jaffer (Avi Loziah).
AK-47
The terrorists and Lebanese militants use AK-47 and AKM rifles of Soviet, Chinese and Eastern European origins.
M16A1
Seen in the hands of the Delta Force troops at Desert One during the Opening scene of Operation Eagle Claw in Iran in 1980 and in the hands of Lebanese militants.
Galil ARM
Seen in the hands of Delta Force troops at Desert One in Iran, in the first rescue attempt in Algeria, and in Israel when they were preparing for the second rescue attempt.
PM-63
Used by one of the hijackers.
Note that the PM-63, which fires from open bolt in spite of pistol-like design, is not cocked i.e. unable to fire. In order to fire, the upper receiver would have to be in the rearmost position, with the tip of the slant compensator in line with the front sight on the barrel, located *above* the compensator. The design of the extra long compensator enables the shooter to cock the gun one-handed simply by pushing it forward against any hard surface. This is one of very few machine pistols designs where the uncovered upper receiver moves back and forth during automatic fire, similar to that of a pistol.
RPD machine gun
Used by the Lebanese militants.
FN MAG
Mounted on the passenger side of the Delta Force's ATVs is the FN MAG. It's seen used by both Col. Alexander (Lee Marvin) and Pete Peterson (William Wallace).
Carl Gustav M/45 Submachine Gun
Seen in the hands of the Lebanese militants.
B-300
Both Maj. McCoy and Bobby (Steve James) are seen using Israeli-made B-300s to take out a militant leader.
