Nice, but where's the trigger? This article or section is incomplete. You can help IMFDB by expanding it. |
ArmA II is the sequel to ArmA: Armed Assault (also known was ArmA: Combat Operations), and the spiritual successor to Operation Flashpoint. The storyline revolves around a war in the fictional ex-Soviet republic of Chernarus, which is being fought over by the government, communist rebels, the United States and the Russian Federation. In total there are around 81 weapon variants available in the game, not including new weapons introduced in expansions and downloadable content. A stand alone expansion entitled Operation Arrowhead was released on June 26, 2010, featuring a new campaign set in the fictional Central Asian country of Takistan, as well as new units and gameplay elements. A standalone expansion called ArmA II: Reinforcments which include both British Armed Forces and Private Military Compay DLCs, was released on April 1, 2011.
