This one looks like a Spectre M4(http://www.imfdb.org/wiki/Spectre_M4) without the foregrip. The semi-auto version of the Spectre has no folding stock or foregrip, and from that image, that one doesn't have the foregrip and doesn't appear to have the stock either, making it most likely the semi-auto version of the Spectre. Please help ID these firearms

In the pilot episode "One", Karl Atwood (Jake Weber) brandishes what appears to be a compact pistol to threaten a man getting out of his car.
