Olimpyc 6 is a snub-nose blank-firing single/double action revolver that is often used as a starter pistol and for dog training. It uses .22/6mm blank cartridges and is available with either wood or composite grips.
Trivia: In Russia, on 14th of September in 2008, in the city of Izhevsk, the militsia (police) confiscated an Olimpyc 6 modified to be fire live .22 caliber rounds (most likely using bullets from a TOZ-8 target rifle). This is unusual, as the Olimpyc 6 is considered very difficult to be rebuilt as an actual weapon.
