The following weapons were used in the film Missing in Action 2: The Beginning:
M16 (SP1)
Most of the American troops seen at the film's beginning use the M16 (SP1) rifle noted by its "slab-side" receiver including Col. James Braddock (Chuck Norris). Vietnamese guards are also armed with the rifle.
Colt Commander
The Colt Commander is seen carried by Colonel Yin (Soon-Tek Oh). The handgun is also held by Col. Braddock.
M1911A1
The M1911A1 is also used.
Norinco Type-56
The Type-56 Norinco is used by both NVA forces and prison camp guards.
Browning M1919
A Browning M1919 machine gun is briefly seen as one of the door guns on the Huey at the film's beginning.
M60 machine gun
The M60 is seen as one of a Huey's door guns as well as held by a prison guard.
Sterling submachine gun
The Sterling submachine gun is one of the guns used by the prison guards.
FN FAL
The FN FAL is one of the rifles used by the prison guards.
Uzi
The Uzi is first seen in the hands of smugglers that visit the camp. It's then used by Braddock during the escape attempt. Since the film appears to take place in early 1970's, the submachine gun would be not anachronistic.
M72A2 LAW
The M72 LAW is used by NVA forces to shoot down a helicopter.
M2 Flamethrower
An M2 Flamethrower is first used by an NVA sentry at the rope bridge. Braddock is later seen using it.
