Batman Begins is the 2005 "reboot" of the Batman film franchise. Directed by Christopher Nolan, the film shows the origin of the Caped Crusader. Nolan would continue the story of Batman in the 2008's The Dark Knight.

Pistols
Jericho 941
One of Crane's henchmen is armed with a two toned (black slide; stainless frame) Jericho 941.
M1911A1
Carmine Falcone (Tom Wilkinson) uses an M1911A1 pistol and aims it at Bruce Wayne (Christian Bale) in the restaurant.
Norinco Type 54
One of the Chinese police officers who arrests Bruce Wayne (Christian Bale) is briefly seen with a Norinco Type 54 pistol.
Ruger Mk III Suppressed
One of Ra's Al Ghul's (Liam Neeson) henchmen (disguised as a police officer) uses a Ruger Mk III Pistol with a suppressed silencer to kill District Attorney Carl Finch from behind when he opens up a shipping container containing a missing microwave emitter of Wayne Enterprises.
SIG-Sauer P226
One of Dr. Jonathan Crane's (Cillian Murphy) thugs is armed with a SIG P226 pistol.
Smith & Wesson Model 10
A young Joe Chill (Richard Brake) uses a Smith & Wesson Model 10 heavy barrel to murder Bruce Wayne's (Christian Bale) parents.
Smith & Wesson 5904
Lt. James Gordon (Gary Oldman) uses a Smith & Wesson 5904 as his sidearm throughout the film.
Smith & Wesson 5906
Det. Arnold Flass (Mark Boone Junior) uses a Smith & Wesson 5906 as his sidearm throughout the film.
Smith & Wesson 6904
Rachel Dawes (Katie Holmes) takes a 6904 out of a police officer's holster later in the film to hold off crazed Arkham inmates.
Taurus Model 605
Bruce Wayne's (Christian Bale) snub nose revolver is a Taurus Model 605 .357 Magnum with a stainless finish and wooden grips.
Walther PPK
The female assassin sent to kill Joe Chill uses a Walther PPK.
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5KA4
A H&K MP5KA4 is used by one of Carmine Falcone's thugs during the interception of the drug shipment. Two League of Shadow thugs are seem with this, guarding the Wayne mansion as it burns to the ground.
Heckler & Koch UMP-9
GCPD SWAT officers use H&K UMP-9 submachine guns outside Arkham Asylum.
Micro Uzi
One of Crane's thugs is armed with a Micro Uzi.
Mini Uzi
One of Crane's thugs is armed with a Mini Uzi with some sort of ported barrel, judging by the muzzle flash. When Batman pulls him into the air, he fires it wildly.
Shotguns
Mossberg 500
A Mossberg 500 is seen in the hands of a GCPD police officer.
Remington Model 1904
When Batman stops the shipment at the docks, Falcone checks the chamber of his Remington Model 1904 12 gauge double barreled shotgun. It is identified as a 1904 based on its curved receiver and location of the three pins on the side.
Winchester Model 1912 "Trench"
A trench version of the Winchester Model 1912 "Trench" is seen in the hands of a GCPD police officer outside Arkham asylum.
Rifles
Heckler & Koch G36C
G36Cs are used by GCPD SWAT teams.
Heckler & Koch G36K
A League of Shadows guard is seen using a Heckler & Koch G36K.
M4A1 Carbine
Member's of the GCPD SWAT are armed with M4A1 rifles outside Arkham asylum.
Norinco Type 56-1
Guards at the Chinese prison are armed with Norinco Type 56-1s, the Chinese copy of the AKS-47 identified by its hooded front sight.
