The following weapons were used in the film Iron Man 2:
When Justin Hammer (Sam Rockwell) is asked by Lt. Col. Rhodes (Don Cheadle) to weaponize the Mark II Iron Man suit, he presents several weapons for them to pick from. One of the main weapons Hammer displays is the M134 Minigun. Hammer says that the boys in uniform refer to it as "Uncle Gazpacho" or "Puff the Magic Dragon" when showing it to Rhodes. Even though he correctly identifies it as a 7.62mm, "Puff the Magic Dragon" was actually the nickname given to the AC-47 gunships that carried miniguns during the Vietnam War. He is also seen picking it up with ease even though the gun weighs more than 100 lbs with all the parts, but the barrel unit is light enough to pick up. The "War Machine" has the M134 mounted on its right shoulder.
Claridge Hi-Tec
Hammer also shows off the Claridge Hi-Tec semi-automatic pistol.
FN F2000 Tactical
The FN F2000 Tactical assault rifle is also mounted on War Machine. Referred to as the "FN 2000" by Hammer (Sam Rockwell) when seen showing it off to Rhodes.
The Milkor MGL is also one of the weapons Hammer presents to Rhodes. While it is not readily evident where it is mounted on War Machine, it is seen mounted on the right arm of Hammer's Army drone.
Kimel AP-9
A Kimel AP-9 is also seen among the weapons Hammer displays for Rhodes.
S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent Natasha Romanoff (Scarlett Johansson) takes a H&K USP Compact off a Hammer guard which she wields along with a Walther PPK/S during the raid on Hammer Industries.
Carried by US Air Force Security Forces airmen with flashlights, foregrips, and Aimpoint sights, most notably when Lieutenant Colonel Rhodes arrives at the base half-way through the film.
Walther PPK/S
S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent Natasha Romanoff (Scarlett Johansson) carries a Walther PPK/S .380acp pistol in a Blackhawk Serpa Holster.
Hammer Drone Weaponry
Hammer presents his drone samples to the world at the Stark Expo. Four types of drones are displayed, one for each branch of the US Military with its own distinctive weaponry.
Army Drone (M242 Bushmaster chaingun)
In addition to the Milkor MGL, the Army version of the Hammer drone is seen armed with a large single barrel cannon, which according to director Jon Favreau's audio commentary, is based off the 25mm M242 Bushmaster chaingun.
Navy Drone
The Navy Drones are armed with missile launchers.
Air Force Drone
The Air Force Drone is armed with wrist mounted cannons and a shoulder mounted machine gun.
