The Walking Dead is a 1995 Vietnam War film that centers on a squad of Marines (the majority of them African-American) who struggle to complete a mission to retrieve POW's after their helicopter is shot down and several of their members are killed. During their mission, the men flashback to their civilian lives and the reasons why they joined the Corps. Not to be confused with the AMC television series.
The following weapons were used in the film The Walking Dead:
Remington 870 custom
A Remington 870 shotgun with a USMC configuration is the main weapon carried by Sgt. Barkley (Joe Morton).
M16A1/XM16E1
The M16A1 rifle fitted with Starlight Night Scope is the weapon mainly carried by Pvt. Hoover Brache (Eddie Griffin). In some scenes, the M16 SP1 is fitted with the scope.
M16 Rifle Colt Model 602
The M16 rifle is the rifle carried by Evans (Allen Payne). In some scenes, this is the rifle fitted with the scope.
M3A1 "Grease Gun"
Cpl. "Pip" Pippins (Roger Floyd) carries an M3A1 "Grease Gun" as his chief weapon.
M79 Grenade Launcher
The M79 grenade launcher is mainly carried by Pfc. Joe Brooks (Vonte Sweet) in the film.
