Article 99 is a 1992 drama starring Ray Liotta, Kiefer Sutherland, and Forest Whitaker as doctors who struggle to provide adequate care to patients in a veterans' hospital despite constant cutbacks.
The following firearms were used in the film Article 99:

Luther (Keith David), a paraplegic Vietnam veteran, is armed with the CAR-15 carbine when he and fellow veterans stage a sit-in at the veterans' hospital entrance.
