A Better Tomorrow II is the 1987 Hong Kong action sequel to A Better Tomorrow. John Woo returned to direct the film, and once again stars Chow Yun-Fat, this time as the twin brother of the character he played in the first film. Chow Yun-Fat would return in the 1989 prequel A Better Tomorrow III.

Beretta 92F
The Beretta 92F is used throughout the movie by every main character and many of the triad gangsters.
Colt Python
The Colt Python is seen in the hands of Ken Gor (Chow Yun-Fat).
Smith & Wesson Model 10 (Snub)
A Smith & Wesson Model 10 snub is held by Lung Si (Dean Shek) while Ko's silent henchman uses what appears to be a similar model suppressed revolver to frame Lung Si for murder.

The Smith & Wesson Model 10 is seen in the hands of an NYPD officer.
Smith & Wesson 59
Sung Tse-Ho (Ti Lung) uses a Smith & Wesson 59 gun during the final shootout.
Colt Commander
An assassin sent to kill Lung Si (Dean Shek) uses a suppressed Colt Commander.
Submachine Guns
Mini Uzi
The mini Uzi is used by Lung Si (Dean Shek) in the shipyard raid and by Ken Gor (Chow Yun-Fat) during the final shootout.
MAC-10
The MAC-10 is used by Ken Lee (Chow Yun-Fat) in the shipyard raid. Later, it is used by Sung Tse-Ho (Ti Lung), and Lung Si (Dean Shek) during the final shootout at triad boss Ko's mansion. Also seen in the hands of several mafia gangsters that attempted to kill Lung in New York.
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
Heckler & Koch MP5A3's are used by some of the gangsters.

Franchi SPAS-12
The Franchi SPAS-12 is used by Ken Gor (Chow Yun-Fat) to kill several mafia gangsters in New York.

Used during the final shootout by Ken Gor (Chow Yun-Fat) minus the folding stock.

M18 smoke grenade
An M18 smoke grenade is used by Ken Gor (Chow Yun-Fat) and Sung Tse-Ho (Ti Lung) during the final shootout at Ko's mansion, M18 smoke grenades are incorrectly shown as high explosive weapons.
Mk 2 hand grenade
A stash of Mk 2 hand grenades are used to blow up Ko's counterfeiting operation by Ken Gor (Chow Yun-Fat) during the final shootout at his mansion.
