Nice, but where's the trigger? This article or section is incomplete. You can help IMFDB by expanding it. |
The following weapons appear in the video game Medal of Honor: Allied Assault and its expansion packs Spearhead and Breakthrough:
Handguns
Colt M1911A1
The main sidearm used for all US Forces is the Colt M1911A1 pistol. It is the standard pistol for US forces in Multiplayer.
High Standard HDM
The High Standard HDM pistol is used by the player while undercover, and is shockingly powerful. Despite being a suppressed .22 pistol and the need the work the slide for each shot (due to a slide stop), it one-hit kills all enemies and is quite usefull.
Webley Mk IV
The Webley Revolver is standard for British Para-Troopers and is quite powerful and accurate. It is given to British Soldiers in Multiplayer as their standard sidearm.
Nagant M1895
The Nagant Revolver is standard for Russian Forces. It too, is also powerful but is a little less accurate than the Webley and reloads slower. It is standard for Russian Forces in Multiplayer.
Walther P38
Beretta M1934
Introduced in the Breakthrough expansion pack, the Beretta is rather weak, but makes up for it with a huge (and inaccurate) 15-round magazine.
Submachine Guns
M1A1 Thompson
The M1A1 Thompson is used by US Forces.
Sten Mk II
The Sten SMG appears in the game used by British Paratroopers.
PPSh-41
A PPSh-41 can be seen in the Russian missions. In the first expansion pack, Spearhead, it had a 70-round drum (one less than in reality) and a really slow rate of fire, in stark contrast to the real weapon. The second expansion pack, MOHAA Breakthrough keeps the low rate of fire and downgrades the magazine size to a totally unrealistic 45 round magazine.
MP40
Sturmgewehr 44
Moschetto Automatico Beretta M1938
Rifles
M1 Garand
The first weapon you use is the M1 Garand. Powerful and fast-firing with an incredibly fast reload, it is one of the best weapons in the game. It is used by the US Rifleman in Multiplayer.
M1903A4 Springfield
A scoped M1903A3 Springfield rifle is used.
Lee-Enfield No. 4 Mk I
The Short Magazine Lee-Enfield rifle is also seen in the game. It used in the Spearhead Expansion pack, utilised by British Paratroopers. In multiplayer it is quite a powerful rifle due to it's 10 round magazine and powerful rounds, getting it banned from most servers and replaced with a K98 or an M1 Garand.
Enfield L42A1
The British sniper rifle, you use it during the Monte Cassino level. It is one of the best sniper rifles in the game, with a 10-round magazine and magazine reloading (for which is impossible on a real L42A1). It is highly anachronistic as the L42A1 didn't appear until the early 1970's!
DeLisle Commando
A pistol calibre carbine featured in the Breakthrough Expansion Pack, it is used by the player while infiltrating an Italian airfield. It has an integrated suppressor and a 7 round magazine.
Mosin-Nagant M1891/30
Used by Russian Soldiers in the Spearhead Expansion pack. It is standard for Russian Rifleman in Multiplayer.
Tokarev SVT-40
A scoped Tokarev SVT-40 Rifle is the Soviet sniper rifle in the expansion packs. You carry it when infiltrating Berlin in the the Russian the Spearhead expansion pack's Russian campaign, and it is the sniper rifle for the Russians in multiplayer.
Karabiner 98k
The standard German weapon, it is used by most all of the German soldiers in the game.
Karabiner 98k Sniper
The German sniper rifle of choice, it is infamously used en masse in the infamous "Snipertown" level. Properly know as "Sniper's Last Stand", the level sends you into a shelled-out town with over a dozen near-invisible snipers.
Gewehr 43
The Gewehr 43 is first used in the Spearhead expansion pack fitted with a sniper scope.
Carcano M91/38
The Carcano M91/38 is used in the Breakthrough Expansion Pack.
Machine guns
M1918A2 Browning Automatic Rifle
Powerful, accurate and with a slow rate of fire, the BAR is introduced in the 3rd campaign during the hedgerow fighting.
M1919A4 Browning
Vickers-Berthier
The British machine gun, the Vickers has a 30-round magazine and is a middle ground between the BAR's slow power and the StG44's blazing rate of fire. You first obtain it in the Caltagirone airfield level and later during the fighting in Gela.
DT
MG42
Breda M30
Grenades
Mk 2 Fragmentation Grenade
The Mk 2 hand grenade is one of the HE-Frag hand grenades available in the game.
M18 Smoke Grenade
The M18 smoke grenade is used during Spearhead's D-Day mission to provide temporary cover.
No. 36M Fragmentation Grenade
F1 Fragmentation Grenade
RDG-1 Smoke Grenade
Stielhandgranate 24 Fragmentation grenade
Nebelkerze 39 Smoke Grenade
Gewehrgranate
File:Type 2 rifle grenade launcher and grenades
SRCM M35 Fragmentation Grenade
SRCM M35 Smoke Grenade
Heavy Weapons
M1A1 Bazooka
The M1A1 Bazooka is the American anti-tank weapon the the game. In the original game, you use it during the hedgerow fighting and again in the infamous "Sniper town" level. In Breakthrough, you use it the town of Gela and again in the fighting at Monte Battaglia.
PIAT
The PIAT (Projectile Infantry Anti-Tank) is used as the British anti-armor weapon. While it has an odd curved trajectory, the quick reload and lack of a smoke trail makes this the best AT weapon.
Panzerschreck
Winchester M1912 Shotgun
Simply referred to as the Shotgun, the M12 holds 5 powerful rounds with 50 to spare. However, the power is offset by increasing spread at range a a slow reload.
