El Mariachi is the 1992 Mexican language action film that marked the first feature film directed by Robert Rodriguez. The film marked the beginning of Rodriguez's "Mariachi" trilogy, which includes Desperado and Once Upon a Time in Mexico. Because of the film's extremely low budget, some guns were actual guns taken from local police station, other were toy replicas - airsoft and even water guns.

Iver Johnson Enforcer Pistol
The Iver Johnson Enforcer Pistol is seen wielded by the hitman of Moco and by one of Azul Thugs in the movie's opening.
MAC-10
El Mariachi (Carlos Gallardo) and Moco's thugs uses MAC-10 fitted with and without a sound suppressor throughout the film. This and the TEC-9 are probably the most frequently used guns in the film.

Used by one of Moco's thugs.

El Mariachi uses it. It is also used by some thugs.

Used by one of ththugs send by moco in the motel. Airsoft (BB) gun was used as a prop for this gun.
Bolt action pistol
When Azul enters a rival gang's bar, after killing many of the men inside with his MAC-10, Azul pursues one of the men into the bathroom and kills him with what looked to be either a cut down bolt action rifle or some kind of bolt action pistol.
