Burn Notice: The Fall of Sam Axe is the 2011 television prequel to the series Burn Notice. The film follows Sam Axe (Bruce Campbell) on a mission to Colombia during his days as a Navy SEAL and reveals the reason why he retired from the military to live in Miami. The film was directed by Burn Notice star Jeffrey Donovan.
The following weapons were used in the film Burn Notice: The Fall of Sam Axe:
Handguns
SIG-Sauer P226
A SIG-Sauer P226 is seen as the sidearm of SEAL Commander Sam Axe (Bruce Campbell).
Glock 17
The Glock 17 is used by both Commander Sam Axe (Bruce Campbell) and Colonel Veracruz (Pablo Pascal).
Rifles
M4A1 Carbine
Some of Veracruz's troops are armed with the M4A1 rifles.
M16A2
Many of Veracruz's troops are armed with the M16A2. Sam is seen holding up one as well.
Bushmaster XM15 "V-Match"
A Bushmaster XM15 "V-Match" appears to be also carried by many of Veracruz's troops.
CQB-R / Mk. 18 Mod 0
At least one CQB-R / Mk. 18 Mod 0 is used by Veracruz's soldiers during the battle at the cliff.
FN FAL
The FN FAL is seen being used by one of Veracruz's soldiers during the battle at the cliff.
Mauser M1943
Many of the rebels can be seen carrying Spanish Mauser M1943 rifles throughout the film.
Winchester Model 1873
A few Winchester Model 1873 rifles are seen being used by rebels, as well as Sam Axe.
Norinco Type 56
What are assumed to be Norinco Type 56 rifles are used by several of Veracruz's soldiers. They are 7.62x39mm AK variants with solid stocks, and though there aren't any good shots of the front sight, they are assumed to be Norinco rifles because of the commonality of these rifles in comparison to other variants.
Shotguns
12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun
Many of the rebels are also seen using 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotguns.
Heavy Weapons
M134 Minigun
The M134 Minigun is seen mounted on a Colombian police helicopter that engages Veracruz's troops.
