In the Phantasm series of movies, they always used an MGC replica Satin Nickel M1911A1 pistol for the non-firing scenes and switched to a nickel Star Model B for any firing scenes. :) MoviePropMaster2008 07:51, 6 March 2011 (MSK) | In the Phantasm series of movies, they always used an MGC replica Satin Nickel M1911A1 pistol for the non-firing scenes and switched to a nickel Star Model B for any firing scenes. :) MoviePropMaster2008 07:51, 6 March 2011 (MSK) | ||
:Thanks! It always bugged me not knowing what they used in the non firing scenes. I'll change the page up later. Again, thanks for the identification! --FirearmsNewbie 18:18, 7 March 2011 (MSK) |

Is the Quad-Barrel Shotgun physically possible in real life? I bet it would have one serious kick-back User:SeanWolf
- Would probably fall into the "painful but doable" bracket; the only physical issues would be making the hinge pin and especially the latch strong enough to survive a decent number of shots. Firing it would probably lead to never wanting to do so again, and if it's firing all four together I doubt the trigger is fun to pull either. Vangelis 20:05, 5 March 2011 (MSK)
