The following firearms can be seen in the film American Outlaws:
Jesse James (Colin Farrell) carries two Colt 1851 Navy revolvers throughout the film, even carrying four in the opening battle when he fires akimbo from a horse with the reins in his teeth. Cole Younger (Scott Caan) and Bob Younger (Will McCormack) also use a Navy '51s during the opening battle. The soldiers on the train transporting Jesse to prison at the end also have Navys.Al have been converted to fire metalic cardridges but still have the loading lever to look like a percussion revolver.

All of the Union soldiers in the film can be seen using Springfield 1861 rifles. At one point, Jesse James (Colin Farrell) disarms a soldier of his Springfield, using it against him.
Winchester Model 1866
The Pinkerton agents that surround the Hyperion Bank use Winchester 1866 "Yellow Boy" rifles when shooting at the James-Younger Gang.
