Sir Richard Attenborough

Though best known as an Academy-Award winning film director (Gandhi (1982)), Richard Attenborough started as an actor back in the 1950's. He occasionally still appears in front of the camera, e.g., Jurassic Park. He is a British citizen and was made a life peer in 1993.
