Colt Defender
Misaki still uses the same Colt Defender that she carried in Darker Than Black.
Heckler & Koch USP Compact
Seen in the hands of the two agents who accompany Michiru to apprehend Hei. Dr. Pavlichenko is armed with the USP Comact towards the ending of the series.
Yarygin PYa MP-443 Grach
Major Repnin and his subordinates use this as their sidearm.

Heckler & Koch MP5A3
Seen in use by Section 3 paramilitary personnel as their main submachinegun, prominently during their raid on the deserted Ikebukuro. Misaki uses one near the ending of the show.
Klin PP-9
Used by FSB Spetsnaz teams after they engage Hei, Suou the MIAC Section 3 force in Vladivostok. Also used by militsiya officers guard a local Vladivostok train station. First seen with Goran leading a FSB Spetsnaz team to raid Dr. Pavlichenko's Siberia residence.

Seen in Nika's hideout. Later wielded by Suōu Pavlichenko as part of her contactor powers. Shion uses a left-hand PTRD to assassinate Tanya, later recovered by police and Section 3.
