The following guns were used in the 1986 film Assassination:

IMI Uzi

USSS Agents and various assassins use the Uzi. The U.S. Secret Service actually does have the Uzi in their arsenal and many agents use them. An example being the assassination attempt on Ronald Reagan on March 30, 1981 when Special Agent Bob Wanko pulled an Uzi out of a briefcase to cover the President.

American Derringer Corporation Model 1 Derringer

Killian's backup weapon is a American Derringer Corporation Model 1 Derringer which he offers to the First Lady as a defense weapon. He uses it after being wounded to kill the lead assassin. Killian says it fires a .410 Shotgun Shell that will "mess up your face". He keeps it in an ankle holster.

M1911A1

Killian is seen wielding a Colt M1911A1 in the posters for the film (with his finger on the trigger).
