A pair of Beretta PX4 Storm Sub-Compacts are used by Ariella Martinez (Martha Higareda) in the restaurant shootout. Later, Finbar McTeague (Vinnie Jones) grabs one of Ariella's PX4s and uses it.

2nd and 3rd Generation Glock 17s are used throughout the film by the FBI Agents. Finbar McTeague (Vinnie Jones) also carries a 2nd Generation Glock 17.
NOTE: Although the FBI uses the Glock 22 in real life, the prop weapons in this film are most likely Glock 17s, since 9mm pistols are still the norm in Hollywood.
An unknown 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun is used by Lester Tremor. The Shotgun is the WW2 converted flare gun from Blade Trinity, identified from the extra features on the DVD/Blu-Ray
An M4A1 is used by Lester Tremor during the assault on the armory. Another M4A1 is used by a soldier in a flashback photo. Lazlo Soot is seen with an M4 Flat top with an AN-PEQ2 on the top rail in a flashback, but it's probably the same gun that Lester Tremor uses.

Note that this is a different gun than the one he uses later - it has the older-style 2-position buttstock rather than the 6-position LE stock of the rifle seen below. It also has a taller flattop receiver with an older-style Weaver rail (not Picatinny), which means that it's probably an older-model Olympic K3B-FT receiver.Error creating thumbnail: File missingLester Tremor returning fire with his M4. Note how it now has the LE stock, unlike the rifle above.Error creating thumbnail: File missingLazlo Soot with a M4 in a flashback. Historical Goof: Soot is impersonating an American Serviceman when he guns down an unarmed Iraqi family, thus creating all sorts of blame for the U.S. Forces, however, he is dressed in the 6-color desert camo from Operation Desert Storm (OSD) (1990-1991) which would have been phased out for years prior to the later Gulf War to involve Iraqis - Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) (2003). In Desert Storm, American ground forces stopped short of the actual Iraqi border, so there would not have been interaction between Iraqi Civilians and American ground troops during that conflict.Error creating thumbnail: File missingA couple of soldiers commandeer M4's in a flashback picture, respectively.
Machine Guns
Daewoo K3 Paratrooper
Fritz Tremor uses a Korean Daewoo K3 LMG that has been mocked up to look like an M249 Paratrooper. It is recognizable as a K3 by its front and rear sights and the shape of the gas tube (that, and the fact that the armorers in British Columbia seem to routinely use the K3 as an M249 substitute).
A Hand Held M134 Minigun is used by Baby Boy Tremor (C. Ernst Harth). The version used in the film appears to be a mock-up or replica, not one of the actual firing weapons, since the muzzle flashes when he fires the weapon are quite obviously CGI.
