Pistols
Colt Model 1903/1908
Jimmy Darmody (Michael Pitt) carries a Colt Model 1903/1908 in a shoulder holster. In the episode "Home" Richard Harrow (Jack Huston) asks Jimmy what type of pistol he is carrying and Jimmy replies, "A Colt 1903". This tells us the caliber is .32 ACP as the .380 ACP is the Colt 1908.
Colt 1911
Colt 1911s are used in several episodes by various characters. Most notably by "Chalky" White (Michael K. Williams) who carries a matched set of nickled 1911s that he uses to capture Meyer Lansky.
Shotguns
Side by Side Shotgun
Unknown manufacturer full length side by side shotguns are used throughout the series.
Lupara
Luparas are used in several episodes. Al Capone (Stephen Graham) uses one in the episode "Family Limitation" to ambush members of the Irish mob.
Other
Mark I Trench Knife
Jimmy Darmody carries a 1918 Mark I Trench Knife in his left boot. The writers are doing a little bit of homework on this series as when Jimmy is asked what the point on the top of the handle is he says it's a skull crusher and is used for "Cracking walnuts". Which is what it is arguably more useful for as why would you want to try and crush a man's skull when you can stab him with 6 inches of steel.
