Medal of Honor is a 1999 FPS videogame released for the Playstation. It follows the exploits of Jimmy Patterson, an Army lieutenant recruited into the OSS. The videogame received input from Saving Private Ryan director Steven Spielberg as well as from noted military technical advisor Dale Dye. It was the first game in the best selling Medal of Honor series.

M1A1 Thompson
The M1A1 Thompson appears in the game.
M1 Garand
The M1 Garand is also one of the guns available.
Browning Automatic Rifle
The Browning Automatic Rifle is also available in Level 7.
M1911A1
The M1911A1 is used by Patterson in some levels.
Winchester Model 1897
The militarized version of the Winchester Model 1897 shotgun appears in numerous levels.
MP40 SMG
The MP40 SMG is used by German forces and can be picked up by Patterson.
Karabiner 98k
The Karabiner 98k rifle is used as the standard-issue infantry rifle of German forces.
Walther P-38
A Walther pistol is available in one mission, but not available for multiplayer.
Silenced Pistol
A silenced pistol, available in missions where Patterson disguised as a Nazi officer.
