I just finnished overhauling this page but, I am ashamed to admit, was more concerned with posting images than with proper identification.  I am not sure if the Browning BDAs are accurately IDed and had a hard time determining for certain if the small, supressed pistol used in the garage fight was actually a Walther PPK.  If someone could double check my work I would greatly appreciate it. -[[User:Anonymous|Anonymous]]

Asaf's Rifle

I was looking at the screenshot of the rifle used by the character Asaf Sadique, and I believe the weapon is actually some sort of M16-series rifle with custom barrel and front sight, NOT a Heckler & Koch G3 or SIG SG 540-series rifle as previously mentioned. Close inspection of the reciever shows that it has the carry handle/rear sight assembly of the pre-M16A2 rifles. Orca1 9904 20:07, 1 January 2010 (UTC)

looks like some kind of customized AK (magazine, magazine catch, bolt carrier handle, magazine insertion)

The sniper rifle.

The sniper rifle is clearly a Steyr SSG 69 in .308 winchester (7.62x51 nato), not a model 24. This can bee seen on the magazine release, the butterknife bolthandle and the green stock.

BR FG.

Shotgun.

The pistol gripped shotgun used by Miles Slater during the Pub's massacre does not look like a Remington 870. This shotgun has a longer tube mag (no extension). Perhaps a Hatsan Escort or a Chinese Hawk? BR FG

Changes

Hope no one minds but I corrected some of the IDs on this page since, as has been mentioned, the sniper rifle is a Steyr SSG 69 and the assault rifle at the beginning is an AK series weapon mocked up to resemble an M-16. --Charon68 21:38, 13 January 2010 (UTC)
