The "Fallout" Pack available at Best Buy and bestbuy.com comes with skins for the "CARB-9 SMG." It appears to be a combination of several SU-16 variants, mainly the SU-16D with a pistol grip.

Heckler & Koch MP7A1
The Heckler & Koch MP7A1 with the stock retracted and the grip folded makes it into the game, but is only avalible to those who preorder at Walmart or on Steam and receive the "Spec Ops" Pack. Referred to as the "Hockler Machine Pistol"
