The following guns were used in the film 88 Minutes:
Walther P99
Forensic psychologist Jack Gramm (Al Pacino) carries a Walther P99 throughout the film.
Ruger KP90
What appears to be a Ruger KP90 is held by Guy LaForge (Stephen Moyer) when he confronts Kim Cummings at her apartment.
Beretta 92FS
A helmeted assailant is seen opening fire on Gramm and Kim Cummings with a Beretta 92FS.
Glock 26
Kim Cummings (Alicia Witt) is seen holding a Glock 26 when she and Gramm investigate a victim's apartment.
Glock 22
Frank Parks (William Forsythe) is pulling a Glock 19 on Dr. Gramm.
That is DEFINITELY a full sized glock and most likely a .40 caliber due to him being an FBI agent.
