Smith & Wesson 916A Shotgun

Marion (Mungo McKay) creates a bizarre contraption of three shotguns mounted together. Due to the barrels and the end of the magazine tube, the shotguns are possibly Smith & Wesson Model 916A riot shotguns. Though early in the film the shotguns have custom foregrips, later they are the standard S&W 916 style foreends. At the end of the film Rene, (Felicity Mason) is seen with the same three gun contraption, except with a Remington 870 added to the end, making it a cluster of four shotguns.

Marion (Mungo McKay) holds his contraption, note the bracing that holds the three shotguns together around the receivers - 12 gauge. The brace actually blocks the ejection port which is why we don't see repeating fire from this rig.
