White Material is a French language film starring Isabbelle Huppert as Marial Vial and Christopher Lambert as André Vial; a white landowning family trying to keep their coffee plantation in the middle of a civil war in an African nation.

An Italian replica Blank Beretta 92 (with a shortened barrel) can be seen held by a villager turned highwayman, whom Maria Vial recognizes as someone she once knew.
