The Walking Dead is an upcoming television series airing on AMC that chronicles the actions of County Sheriff's Deputy Rick Grimes as he leads a band of survivors after a pandemic has turned the population into zombies. The series was adapted for television by Frank Darabont (The Shawshank Redemption) from the Image comic book series.
Colt Python
Sherrif Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) carries a Colt Python .357 Magnum revolver as his duty sidearm and uses it in the series.
Browning Hi-Power
Merle Dixon (Michael Rooker) uses a silver chrome Browning Hi-Power pistol in the series.
