I appreciate dramatic license as much as the next guy but the one overwhelming problem I have is the fact that the CIA's charter specifically forbids it from operating on U.S. soil. Realism
I appreciate dramatic license as much as the next guy but the one overwhelming problem I have is the fact that the CIA's charter specifically forbids it from operating on U.S. soil.
