Shaft is a 2000 action film starring Samuel L. Jackson as the title character, who is an NYPD detective that happens to be the nephew of John Shaft (Richard Roundtree) of the original 1971 film.
The following weapons were used in the film Shaft:
Glock 19
Before quitting the NYPD, Detective John Shaft (Samuel L. Jackson) uses a Glock 19 as his onduty handgun.
Kahr K9
For the rest of the movie, Shaft carries his backup gun, a stainless steel Kahr K9.
Desert Eagle
Big Man Leon (Stu Riley) uses silver chrome Desert Eagle to scare away one of Peoples' thugs.
Uzi
A couple of People's thugs are carrying Uzi. He seems to be carrying it as well during the final shootout.
