South Korean agents Yu Jong-won (Han Suk-kyu) and Lee Jang-gil (Song Kang-ho) both carry Beretta 92FS pistols as their main sidearms throughout the film, as well as some police officers during the gunfight with North Korean commandoes.

M16A1 (With M16A2 handguards)

M16A1 rifles with M16A2 handguards, distinguised by their windage only rear sights and lack of brass deflectors, are used by South Korean soldiers when their convoy is ambushed by rogue North Korean commandos. Agents Yu and Lee also use M16A1s when they arrive at the scene of the ambush.

Putting the distinctive A2 handguards on the older rifle was a method used by Movie/TV armorers to simulate A2 rifles when M16A1s were the only ones available.
