- It appears to be an Adams Patent 5-shot .38 percussion revolver with a spurr hammer. Note the extension on the trigger guard, a second trigger which cocks the revolver. - Gunmaster45
There were numerous versions made over the years in the 1800's. To include one made in the United States during the Civil War. Below is an image of one of mnay versions. It looks alot like a Spanish Nagant Revolver which would make sense since the movie was filmed in spain. Most of the Adams i see have octagon barrels.--Spades of Columbia 16:44, 29 July 2010 (UTC)
