DFlintlock Musket
Joseph Donnelly (Tom Cruise) tries to use a Flintlock Musket to shoot the landowner who burned down his family's home.
Flintlock Pistol
Flintlock Pistols are used when Joseph participates in a duel with Stephen Chase (Thomas Gibson).
Brown Bess Flintlock Musket
One of Stephen Chase's men uses the buttstock of a Brown Bess Flintlock Musket to smash Joseph's knee when he scuffles with Chase.
Winchester 1873
When Joseph & Shannon Christie (Nicole Kidman) break into a home during Christmas, the owner takes a Winchester Model 1873 Rifle to shoot at them as they flee.
Springfield 1873 "Trapdoor" Carbine
When one of the prospectors jumps the gun before the Land Rush, a Union Cavalry soldier uses a Springfield 1873 "Trapdoor" Carbine to shoot him.
