The following guns were used in The Dark Knight
Beretta 92FS
The Beretta M92F is equipped with a silencer in the film, and is used by one of The Joker's henchmen during the bank heist. It is only fired once in an attempt to kill another henchmen. It is also used by one of the Joker's men when they bring him to the crime lord's residence "dead".
Glock 18
A Glock 18 is used by The Joker (Heath Ledger) in the bank heist. It has a chrome slide, and is equipped with an extended 33 round magazine. It also is used with a suppressor during the scene in the hospital.
The Joker's henchman in the bank heist also uses a Glock 18, though his gun has a regular black slide and a standard-capacity magazine.
Jericho 941
Used by a gang member who takes Gamble's men hostage
Sig Sauer P229
The sidearm used by Detective Stephens (Keith Szarabajka), and can be clearly seen after the Joker fires at the mayor in the funeral scene.
Unknown Smith & Wesson Revolver
Not sure what model revolver it is could be a model 64 .38+P
M16A2
The M16A2 assault rifle is used by National Guard soldiers, and by some of the officers at the funeral.
M4A1
M4A1 carbines are used by the SWAT teams throughout the film, and by some of the National Guard soldiers. The M4s of the SWAT team are equipped with reflex sights and foregrips.
Heckler & Koch MP5
Heckler & Koch MP5 submachine guns are used by the Gotham City SWAT team and the Hong Kong Police SDU team throughout the film. One MP5A2 is also carried by one of Lao's men in Hong Kong.
M1 Garand
The Joker and his goons use this in an assassination attempt during a public funeral while disguised as the officers who carry out the 3 Volley salute.
Chinese Type 69 RPG
A Chinese Type 69 copy of the RPG-7 is used by the Joker during the major chase scene. It is also used to disable the Tumbler.
Skorpion SA
Used by Scarecrow's goon in The Dark Knight (Pictured Below)
AK-47
Used by Scarecrow's goon in The Dark Knight (Pictured Below along with Skorpion)
Mini-Uzi
Used by one of the vigilantes who attacks the meeting between Scarecrow and the Russians
Ruger Mini 14
A Ruger Mini 14 is used by one of the vigilantes who attacks the meeting between Scarecrow and the Russians; Batman twists the rifle's barrel before knocking the man out.
Smith and Wesson 5906
Lieutenant Gordon (Gary Oldman) uses this gun in the trailer. We see Gordon storming through a door, accompanied by a SWAT member. He wields this gun, but does not fire.
Remington 870 Short barrel Shotgun
This gun is the Bank Manager's (William Fichtner). He uses it to kill one of The Joker's henchmen when they storm Gotham National Bank. He fires it several more times, at The Joker and his main henchmen, but hits neither. After the Bank Manager is shot, The Joker takes this shotgun, and uses it many more times later in the film, when he crashes a party and also uses it firing from a semi trailer when trying to kill "Harvey Dent".
Smith & Wesson M76 Submachine gun
This weapon is used by The Joker, during his face/off against Batman in the streets of Gotham. He is seen firing it in the trailer, and holding it menacingly.
Mac-11
This weapon is used by one of The Joker's henchmen. He fires it upon their break into Gotham National Bank to frighten people. He also hits a security guard in the head with it. He is killed by the Bank Manager, shortly after.

Beretta M12 submachine guns are used by some of Joker's henchmen.
Batpod
A pair of heavy machine guns or autocannons of unknown caliber are mounted to Batman's (Christian Bale) Batpod.
