Colt MK IV Series 80 1911A1
Keeping faithful to the novel series, Dave Robicheaux (Alec Baldwin) carries a 1911A1 throughout the film. The particular model is a Colt MK IV Series 80 noted by the slide when Dave goes to the Laundromat where Victor Romero (Hawthorne James) is hiding out at.
Smith & Wesson Model 66
Bubba Rocque (Eric Roberts) uses a Smith & Wesson Model 66 Highlight for Spoilers: to shoot his wife Claudette Rocque (Teri Hatcher). Claudette had attempted to draw it from the desk to shoot Dave in the back, only to find it gone.
Smith & Wesson Model 19
Toot (Carl A. McGee) draws a Smith & Wesson Model 19 hidden in a stove after he thinks Dave is at his place.
Winchester Model 1912
Toot (Carl A. McGee) uses a Winchester Model 1912 when he attempts to kill Dave.

Annie Robicheaux (Kelly Lynch) grabs a Winchester Model 1200 out of a cabinet when Victor Romero comes by the house.

Dave Robicheaux (Alec Baldwin) jumps Eddie Keats (Don Stark) outside his home and takes a Mossberg 500 off him.

Victor Romero (Hawthorne James) uses a Mossberg 500 Cruiser throughout the film.
Smith & Wesson Model 15
DEA agent Minos P. Dautrieve (Vondie Curtis-Hall) carries a Smith & Wesson Model 15 as his sidearm in the film. He uses it when Dave gets in trouble at a bar and gets him out of jam. The film was released in '96 most agencies were using semi-autos. No definite year is given to when the film takes place. The novel was released in '89 some agencies still carried revolvers but where phasing them out.
Unknown Rifle
In a scene shown in the trailer but omitted from the release. Victor Romero (Hawthorne James) uses a ? in an attempt to assassinate Dave.
