The following weapons were seen in the film V For Vendetta:
Warning - Possible Spoliers
Beretta 92FS Inox
The Beretta 92FS Inox appears to be the standard-issue sidearm of the Fingermen.
Beretta 1919
Bishop Lilliman (John Standing) uses a custom gold Beretta 1919 to try and kill V (Hugo Weaving). He notably keeps it hidden in a hidden cut out of his Bible.
Taurus PT92
One of the Fingermen in the opening scene carries a stainless Taurus PT92.
Glock 17
The Glock 17 appears to be the standard-issue sidearm of the police. Glock 17s with flashlights are also used by many of the Fingermen in the subway scene.
H&K G36
The H&K G36 assualt rifle is the main weapon used by the British Army in the movie.
H&K USP Compact
Dominic (Rupert Graves) carries Heckler & Koch USP Compact with a stainless slide throughout the movie.
M4A1
Used by the guards at the Larkhill Camp.
Unknown Revolver
Used by the V-masked thief.
Neither of these guns have vent ribs above the barrel, so it's far more likely they are of the Rossi or S&W family, and not of the Colts, with the exception of the King Cobra.
Smith & Wesson 686
Creedy (Tim Pigott-Smith) uses a Smith & Wesson Model 686 revolver during the subway sequence (Notably to kill Chancellor Sutler).
