The following guns were used in the movie Clear and Present Danger
M60 & M60E3 machinegun
The first M60 machinegun can be seen on the deck of the US Coast Guard vessel. The exact model is unknown, although it is believed to be either an E3 or an E4. The next time an M60 is seen, the model is clearly an M60E3, carried by a member of the reciprocity-team. It is possible that one can see vague shots of the weapon before the scene in which the team is ambushed, but during this scene it is most clearly visible and identifiable.
M40A1 Sniper rifle
This sniper rifle is carried by Domingo Chavez (Raymond Cruz). It makes its first appearance in the "shooting range" - scene, and then can be spotted in a few of the scenes involving the reciprocity-team on its mission. Finally it is used in the scenes following the ambush of the reciprocity-team. The exact model number is naturally debatable, but it can be said with fair certainty that the M40 rifle seen in the movie is of the A1-model: the third update to this line of rifle, the M40A3, came into use in the early 2000's, and thus couldn't have been in use at the time.
M16A2/M203 assault rifle
At least two members of the reciprocity-team carry M16A2's. One of the members of the team also has an M203 underslung grenade launcher attached to it. The soldiers participating in the search-and-evade exercise involving Chavez are also equipped with M16A2's.
Olympic Arms 6.5" AR-15 pistol
This is the peculiar looking "shortened" M16-like weapon carried by John Clark (Willem Dafoe) in the final rescue scenes. The Olympic Arms 6.5" AR-15 pistol is yet to make another appearance on the big screen.
Remington 870 shotgun
The Remington 870 is carried by one of the coast guard personnel arresting the two murderers aboard the ship.
Browning M1919 LMG
Mounted on a jeep in scene where the convoy leaves the airport.
9mm Uzi SMG
9mm Uzi SMG's are carried in the movie by at least three factions: the US security personnel just before the ambush, the Columbian motorcycle police and also in some scenes Escobedo's men. Also the bouncer of the nightclub where the pilot is recruited from can be seen holding an Uzi.
MP5A3 and MP5KA4
The MP5KA4 is carried by US security personnel during the car ambush - scene. Felix Cortez (Joaquim de Almeida) also carries one during the final scenes in which he hunts the escaping main protagonists. The MP5A3 is carried by Chavez, and it can be seen in at least in two scenes: firstly when Chavez plants a bomb on the drug-runner's plane, and secondly when he scounts the insides of a drug factory and subsequently gets captured. Chavez's MP5A3 is also equipped with a silencer and a retractable stock.
RPG-7 anti-tank rocket launcher
Used by the Columbian drug dealers to ambush and destroy the american diplomatic convoy. The weapon is fired at least four times.
M4A1 Carbine
Most of the reciprocity-team seem to be carrying M4 carbines. They most certainly are of the M4A1 model, since the movie took place in 1994 and at that time the M4 carbines were still a relatively new weapon for the US armed forces.
M1903 Springfield rifle
This rifle is carried by the honour guard in the first funeral-scene.
M14 rifle
This rifle is carried and shot by the naval honour guard present at the funeral of admiral James Greer.
Heckler & Koch G3A3 assault rifle
This weapon can be seen in the hands of the Columbian military police when Jack Ryan (Harrison Ford) arrives to Columbia.
Glock 18
This pistol is seen when John Clark threathens Jack Ryan. The weapon seems to be a Glock 18, although 100 % accuracy of the claim cannot be verified.
Micro-Uzi
This weapon can be seen in the hands of Escobedo's men throughout the movie.
AK47 and AKM assault rifle
These two weapons can be seen in the hands of Escobedo's men almost throughout the movie. They are most visible in the scene in which the reciprocity-team attacks and destroys the drug lab underground.
